Aquariux's AQX Trader app needed a friendlier, more customisable home screen to fix the clutter, complex navigation and weak information hierarchy common to trading platforms. The goal was an intuitive, data-driven interface that served novices and experienced traders alike. I redesigned the home screen around clarity and personalisation, surfacing market trends, portfolio performance and curated top picks at a glance. An 'Add a Widget' feature let traders reorder content around their priorities, while a new bottom navigation bar improved accessibility and a categorised news feed kept users informed in real time. The result is a cleaner, smarter experience that supports better decisions and higher engagement.
