AQX Trader needed to reduce interface complexity so users could interpret market information more efficiently, personalise their workspace and make trading decisions with greater confidence.
The proposed experience was reimagined around prioritisation and personalisation, surfacing the most relevant portfolio insights, market trends and news through a modular widget system. Simplified navigation and clearer content organisation reduced cognitive load while supporting different trading behaviours.
The redesigned interface resulted in a significant increase in daily user engagement and 19% faster task completion and lower dropoffs, creating a more focused trading experience that supported informed decision-making.
