Challenge
Homage required a structured and scalable brand playbook to ensure consistent identity usage across their various platforms. I developed a dynamic brand playbook that provided clear guidelines on visual identity, messaging, and brand application, ensuring uniformity across all communications. In collaboration with the Product and Engineering teams, I streamlined workflows to reduce go-to-market timelines for digital updates by 30%, making the process more efficient.
For marketing performance, I worked closely with the performance marketing team to implement strategic A/B testing, optimising campaign assets to increase reach by 60% and reduce cost-per-lead (CPL) by 28% in the first year.
