Challenge
Kampungku, a senior clubhouse, needed a brand refresh to better communicate its mission of providing a safe and community-driven space for the elderly. Their existing identity lacked warmth and modernity, and their website content was disorganised, making it difficult for potential customers to navigate and engage with their offerings.
Solution
I revamped Kampungku’s brand identity, creating a more welcoming and modern visual style that better aligned with its mission. The redesigned logo symbolised the sunrise of a new and exciting day, reinforcing the clubhouse’s promise of joyful and fulfilling experiences for its members.
To enhance user experience, I restructured the website’s content, implementing clearer hierarchy and punchier copy to improve readability and engagement. The result was a fresh new look that not only invited potential customers to explore the brand but also built trust and credibility, ultimately driving more enquiries and strengthening Kampungku’s position as a leading senior care provider.
